THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES IMPROVED HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR CHILDREN BY ENSURING THAT ENROLLED CHILDREN HAVE REGULAR MEDICAL PROVIDERS, WELL-CHILD CARE VISITS AND HEALTH SCREENINGS, AND THAT PARENTS HAVE IMPROVED ACCESS TO PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.
THE ORGANIZATION WORKS TO SEE THAT EVERY CHILD ENTERS SCHOOL READY TO LEARN BY SCREENING EVERY CHILD FOR TYPICAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT, AND PROVIDING PARENTS WITH EDUCATION THAT ENCOURAGES HEALTHY GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT.
