SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND PROGRAMMING TO AT-RISK YOUTH TO PARTICIPATE IN PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES AT PROEHLIFIC PARK AND SIMILAR ORGANIZATIONS. 259 SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWARDED TO ATTEND AFTER SCHOOL CARE, ATTEND SUMMER CARE, ATTEND CAMPS AND CLINICS, PARTICIPATE IN LEAGUES, AND RECEIVE TUTORING OR MENTORING SERVICES.
