TEXAS FURRY FIESTA - EXECUTED ANNUAL CONVENTION IN MARCH OF APPROXIMATELY 3,300 MEMBERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOCIALIZING; PROMOTING ANTHROPOMORPHIC ARTS, LITERATURE, AND CRAFTS; AND SOLICITING DONATIONS FOR A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION ALIGNED WITH OUR MEMBERSHIP PRIORITIES. OVER $25,000 WAS RAISED FOR C.A.R.E., A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO THE SUPPORT OF ANIMAL WELFARE AND EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC FOR LARGE CATS. C.A.R.E. PROVIDES FOR THE WELFARE OF OVER 40 ANIMALS, PRIMARILY TIGERS.
