WOMEN MEET ONE-ON-ONE WITH TRAINED CAREER COACHES TO ASSESS HOW THEIR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE MATCH JOB REQUIREMENTS, HOW TO COMMUNICATE TRANSFERABLE SKILLS, UPDATE RESUMES AND COVER LETTER WRITING AND REVISIONS. COACHES ALSO HELP WOMEN NAVIGATE SOCIAL MEDIA TO OPTIMIZE THEIR JOB SEARCH PROCESS. IMAGE COACHES THEN WORK WITH WOMEN TO SUIT THEM FOR UPCOMING INTERVIEWS AND EMPLOYMENT.
