PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION, FOSTER CARE, REHABILITATION AND ADOPTION SERVICES FOR HORSES IN THE CUSTODY OF THE SONOMA COUNTY ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL DEPARTMENT. INCLUDING: EMERGENCY TRAILERING SERVICES 24/7, ALL VET CARE, HORSE SHOER EXPENSES, MEDICAL AND HUSANDRY SUPPLIES AND EXPENSES FOR FOSTER BOARD AND FEEDING.
PROVIDE EDUCATION FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT ON THE SUBJECT OF OR RELATING TO HORSE HUSBANDRY AND CARE STANDARDS, CALIFORNIA EQUINE LAW, CRIE SCENE INVESTIGATION ETC. EDUCATION TAKES PLACE IN THE FORM OF WEBSITE, PRINTED PUBLICATIONS, POSTERS, SEMINARS, VETERINARY RIDE-ALONGS FOR OFFICERS.
