THE 10 WEEK CURRICULUM PROVIDED TO SCHOOLS AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS PROMOTES PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, GOOD NUTRITION AND CHARACTER BUILDING. IT PROVIDES A METHOD OF TRAINING TO HELP CHILDREN SET GOALS AND TRAIN FOR A 5K ROAD RACE, WHICH IS THE CULMINATION OF THE 10 WEEK PROGRAM.
