HISPANIC ALLIANCE, INC. IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT LOCAL HISPANIC MEMBERSHIP CORPORATION. ITS MISSION IS TO INTEGRATE THE HISPANIC/LATINO COMMUNITY BY UNITING, SUPPORTING, AND STRENGTHENING HISPANIC ALLIANCE (SEE SCHEDULE O) MEMBERS IN GREATER CLEVELAND AND NORTHERN OHIO; AND FURTHER THE SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE HISPANIC/LATINO COMMUNITY THROUGH ADVOCACY, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND THE FORMATION OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS. HISPANIC ALLIANCES' VISION IS TO BECOME THE VEHICLE TO INTEGRATE THE HISPANIC/LATINO COMMUNITY AND ALL OF ITS STAKEHOLDERS AS A VISIBLE, RECOGNIZABLE AND VALUABLE PRESENCE WITHIN THE HISPANIC/LATINO AND THE BROADER COMMUNITY.

COLLABORATION WITH THE ORGANIZATION BUILDING HOPE IN THE CITY IN HOLDING A COMMON GROUND CONVERSATIONS WITH RESIDENT MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. ATTENDED BY APPROXIMATELY 35 PEOPLE TO DISCUSS ISSUES AND COMMUNITY PRIORITY. REPRESENTED AND PROVIDED INPUT ON THE CENSUS 2020 CONVERSATIONS ALONG WITH OTHER COMMUNITY LEADERS AND STAKEHOLDERS ORGANIZING EDUCATIONAL DRIVES AND VOTER REGISTRATION EVENTS.
LEAD AND ENGAGED IN COMMUNITY ART PROJECTS AND PROGRAMING (MURALS AND ALEBRIJES) THROUGH THE LACHA PROGRAM FUNDED BY CUYAHOGA ARTS AND CULTURE IN COLLABORATION WITH ESPERANZA, INC.
WORKED ON THE RE-DESIGN OF THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TO UPGRADE OFFERING AND ATTRACT A WIDER NET OF PARTICIPANTS.
INCREASED SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE PROMOTING EVENTS, INITIATIVES AND UPDATING WELCOMING CENTER MATERIALS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTORY.
