COUNTDOWN IS A GLOBAL INITIATIVE TO CHAMPION AND ACCELERATE SOLUTIONS TO THE CLIMATE CRISIS, TURNING IDEAS INTO ACTION. THE GOAL: TO BUILD A BETTER FUTURE BY CUTTING GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS IN HALF BY 2030 IN THE RACE TO A ZERO CARBON WORLD. COUNTDOWN WILL SUPPORT CROSS-SECTOR PROJECTS DESIGNED TO TACKLE CLIMATE-RELATED CHALLENGES, BRINGING TOGETHER LEADERS FROM DIFFERENT FIELDS. EACH PROJECT WILL SET BOLD GOALS AND DRIVE FRESH COMMITMENTS, LEADING UP TO THE COUNTDOWN SUMMIT OF 1,000+ LEADERS IN EDINBURGH AND THE COP26 IN 2021.
FUTURE STEWARDS DRIVES AMBITIOUS COLLABORATIONS AND WISE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN SERVICE OF A REGENERATIVE FUTURE.
