THE RESULT OF SERVICES OFFERED BY THE ACADEMY IS BETTER SUPPORT OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE INTELLECTUAL AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN SW AND CENTRAL OHIO.

THE ACADEMY FOR DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS SUPPORTS AGENCIES AND INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS WHO SERVE PEOPLE WHO HAVE INTELLECTUAL AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AGENCIES THROUGH CONSULTATIVE AND TRAINING SERVICES, PRIMARILY CONSULTATION RELATED TO DODD STATE RULE COMPLIANCE, QUALITY ASSURANCE, EMERGENCY RESPONSE PREPARATION, CURRICULUM WRITING AND INSTRUCTOR TRAINING, START UP AGENCY AND INDEPENDENT PROVIDER SUPPORTS, AND IN-HOUSE SITE SPECIFIC TRAINING.
