TO PROVIDE COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT TO NURSING HOME RESIDENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMMUNICATING WITH THEIR FAMILIES. COVID-19 PREVENTED RESIDENTS FROM SPENDING TIME WITH THEIR FAMILIES AND THIS PROGRAM HELPS ALLEVIATE THIS PROBLEM. IN ADDITION TO COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT, THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR NURSING HOME RESIDENTS TO VISIT WITH THEIR FAMILIES SAFELY AMID COVID-19.
PROVIDE A MULTIPLE DAY,CULTURE CHANGE WORKSHOP FOR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS: OVER 400 ATTENDEES INCLUDING NURSING HOME PROFESSIONALS, NURSES, CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS, ASSISTED LIVING PROFESSIONALS, DIETITITAN PROFESSIONALS, ACTIVITY PROFESSIONALS, SENIOR CENTER PROFESSIONALS, ADULT DAY CARE PROFESSIONALS, SOCIAL WORKERS, OWNERS, OMBUDSMEN, AND FAMILY MEMBERS.
