THE AMERICAN FALLEN SOLDIERS PROJECT PROVIDES A HAND PAINTED ORIGINAL PORTRAIT BY ARTIST PHIL TAYLOR OF AMERICA'S FALLEN MILITARY TO THEIR FAMILIES. UPON COMPLETION, EACH PORTRAIT IS PERSONALLY PRESENTED TO THE FAMILY BY THE ARTIST DURING A SPECIAL EVENT. ADDITIONALLY, FOR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS WHO DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORIGINAL PAINTING, WE PROVIDE CANVAS REPRODUCTIONS IN VARIOUS SIZES. ALL ORIGINAL PAINTINGS AND CANVAS REPRODUCTIONS ARE DELIVERED FRAMED AND READY FOR DISPLAY. PHOTO PRINTS ARE ALSO PROVIDED TO THE FAMILY AT THE PORTRAIT PRESENTATION AND CAN BE REORDERED AT ANY TIME AT NO COST. THROUGH THE RELATIONSHIP GAINED BETWEEN OUR ORGANIZATION AND THE FAMILY FROM THE PORTRAIT PROCESS, WE ARE ABLE TO RECOGNIZE ADDITIONAL NEEDS THEY MAY HAVE AND DIRECT THEM TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WHO CAN HELP. IN 2019, OUR ORGANIZATION HAD THE HONOR TO PRODUCE 7 ORIGINAL PORTRAITS OF FALLEN MILITARY HEREOS AS GIFTS TO THEIR FAMILIES. EACH PORTRAIT WAS PERSONALLY PRESENTED TO THE IMMEDIATE AND EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS AND MILITARY BATTLE BUDDIES OF THESE HEROES DURING 5 SPECIAL EVENT HOSTED BY OUR SPONSORS. IN ADDITION TO THE FAMILIES, THESE EVENTS WERE ATTENDED BY APPROXIMATELY 8,000 GUESTS, AND VIEWED BY MANY, MANY MORE THROUGH BOTH INTERNAL AND LOCAL BROADCASTS, AS WELL AS THROUGH THE RESPECTIVE SPONSOR'S FACEBOOK LIVE AND YOUTUBE CHANNEL ACCOUNTS. IN ADDITION, WE ALSO PROVIDED 235 PORTRAIT REPRODUCTIONS AND PHOTO PRINTS IN MULTIPLE SIZE TO FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS. AS ANOTHER EXTENSION OF OUR MISSION TO HONOR AMERICA'S FALLEN MILITARY AND THEIR FAMILIES, THE AMERICAN FALLEN SOLDIERS NATIONAL GALLERY, WHICH IS A PUBLIC GALLERY LOCATED IN ADDISON,TX, WAS OPENED IN AUGUST 2015 AND DISPLAYS REPRODUCTIONS OF THE ORIGINAL PORTRAITS WE'VE PRODUCED OVER THE YEARS, AS WELL AS TELLING THE STORIES OF THE HEROES WHO HAVE SERVED AND SACRIFICED THEIR LIVES WHILE PROTECTING OUR FREEDOM.
