TRI-COUNTY HEALTH CARE'S PURPOSE IS TO SERVE AS THE PARENT ORGANIZATION OF AN INTEGRATED HEALTH CARE DELIVERY SYSTEM DESIGNED TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY. ON DECEMBER 30, 2013, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TRI-COUNTY HEALTH CARE APPROVED A RESOLUTION TO SUSPEND THE OPERATIONS OF TRI-COUNTY HEALTH CARE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.ON JANUARY 1, 2014, THE SYSTEM CONDENSED ITS OPERATING STRUCTURE, SO THAT ANY AND ALL ACTIVITY OF FAIR OAKS LODGE (FOL), TRI-COUNTY COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES (TCCHS), AND TRI-COUNTY HEALTH CARE (TCHC) WOULD CEASE. FOL, TCCHS, AND TCHC WILL REMAIN OPEN AS CORPORATIONS, BUT ALL ACTIVITY AS OF JANUARY 1, 2014 WAS RECORDED THROUGH THE SYSTEM.
