THE CENTER OF EXCELLENCE PROPERTIES FUND WAS FORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND COMPETITION OF ELITE NATIONAL, INTERNATIONAL, AND DEVELOPMENT OF ATHLETES IN SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING. IT IS THE SOLE MEMBER OF CENTER OF EXCELLENCE PROPERTIES, LLC. LLC OWNS A TRAINING CENTER AND OFFICE BUILDING DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH ATHLETES. THE UNITED STATES SKI ASSOCIATION HAS ENTERED INTO A LONG-TERM LEASE TO UTILIZE THE FACILITY TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND COMPETITION OF ELITE ATHLETES IN SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING.
