PROGRAM SERVICES: BRIDGE IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING COMMUNITY-BASED EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES THAT ADVANCE EQUITY, WELLNESS AND CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING THROUGHOUT THE BERKSHIRES AND BEYOND.BRIDGE ALSO HAS A ROBUST YOUTH PROGRAMMING SUPPORT SUCH AS THE HAPPINESS TOOLBOX (FOR AGES 4-14) AND REAL TALK (FOR 12- 22) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND MENTORING PROGRAMS. THIS INVOLVES POSITIVE EDUCATION, DIVERSITY LEADERSHIP, AND A PARENT/MENTOR ENGAGEMENT COMPONENT RECOGNIZED BY MASS MENTORING IN 2016. IN ADDITION, BRIDGE SUPPORTS INTERNS AND SERVICE LEARNERS IN CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND SOCIAL JUSTICE WORK EXPERIENCES THROUGH AN EQUITY LENS.SINCE 2009, BRIDGES WOMEN TO WOMEN (W2W) PROGRAM HAS PROVIDED SUPPORT FOR WOMEN LEADERS IN AND THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY. WE CREATE NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVANCEMENT FOR LEADERS ACROSS ALL SECTORS, AND MATCH IMMIGRANT WOMEN OR WOMEN OTHERWISE IN A TRANSITION WITH RESOURCES.
