SAFETY AND CLEANING SERVICES, UNIFORMED SAFETY "AMBASSADORS" TO SUPPLEMENT POLICE SERVICES, SPECIAL DUTY POLICE COVERAGE, OUTREACH SERVICES, OPERATION OF A SECURITY NETWORK OF PRIVATE SECURITY, POLICE, AND SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS, AND CLEANING OF THE PUBLIC REALM.

MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS INCLUDING RESEARCH, TEMPORARY PUBLIC ART AND EVENTS
PUBLIC RESTROOMS PROGRAM. EIGHT TEMPORARY SINKS AND TWELVE PORTABLE RESTROOMS WERE PLACED DOWNTOWN TO HELP ALLEVIATE THE PROBLEM CREATED FROM THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC(BUSINESSES CLOSURES AMOUNTED TO PUBLIC RESTROOMS VANISHING.CITY COUNCIL HAS APPROVED $875,000 IN FEDERAL COMMUNITY DELELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF FIVE PERMANENT RESTROOMS DOWNTOWN.
