FUNDS ARE RAISED FOR BUILDING BEACHES AND DUNES, PRESERVING ECOLOGY, AND PROVIDING RESERVE FUNDS FOR FUTURE EMERGENCY WORK , ACCOMPLISHED ALONE OR WITH OTHER GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, AS NECESSARY.
