PROVIDES GENERAL ASSISTANCE TO THE PUBLIC AS NEEDED.3. SPONSORSHIP OF VARIOUS PROGRAMS AND EVENTS TO SERVE THE GENERAL POPULATION OF THE RESPONSE AREA THAT IT SERVES (CITY OF WILLIAMS, WILLIAMS FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT OF COLUSA COUNTY). 4.
