CLEAN WATER: THROUGH ENFORCEMENT AND FILLING MONITORING GAPS, WE STRENGTHEN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CLEAN WATER ACT AND ADDRESS LEGACY POLLUTION LEADING TO IMPROVED WATER QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE.
