COMMUNITY GRANTS - PROVIDE GRANTS AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF BENTON COUNTY RESIDENTS. THESE COMMUNITY GRANTS INCLUDE THE DOLLY PARTON IMAGINATION LIBRARY WHICH INCREASES LITERACY FOR NEARLY 200 TODDLERS IN BENTON COUNTY AND THE COUNCIL FOR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE WHICH AWARDS 500 SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS FOR EXCELLENT ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT.
