CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT IN THE EARLY CHILDHOOD PROFESSION IS VITAL TO ACHIEVING THE OPTIMAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN. EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATORS ARE DIVERSE LEARNERS GROWING IN THEIR PRACTICE. WE ARE COMMITTED TO MEETING THEM WHERE THEY ARE AND ENSURING OUR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFERINGS ARE CULTURALLY COMPETENT AND REFLECTIVE IN NATURE. THE CORE FOCUS OF OUR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IS PLAY, RELATIONSHIPS, AND LEADERSHIP.
