SERVED OVER 1,400 MEMBERS IN 48 CHAPTERS AND FACILITATED LOCAL AND REGIONAL REVITALIZATION PROJECTS INVOLVING VARIOUS COMMUNITIES. PUBLISHED NEWSLETTERS AND EMAILS TO MEMBERS AS WELL AS THE ANNUAL REPORT. HOSTED ANNUAL CONFERENCE WHERE POLICY IS FORMULATED. HELPED CHAPTERS FORMULATE APPROACHES TO MEET THEIR CHALLENGES, TRAINED MEMBERS, AND CONDUCTED PROGRAMS TO IMPORVE SCHOOLS AND EDUCATION IN RURAL AREAS: COMMUNITY SCHOOLS INITIATIVE, EUDORA READS, FORWARD INITIATIVE, HEALTHY FOOD PROJECTS, RACIAL EQUITY, AND YOUTH PROGRAMS.
