REHABILITATION AND INDUSTRIES PROGRAMS - RESIDENTAL AND COMMUNITY-BASED PERSONAL ADJUSTMENT SERVICES THAT ENABLE PEOPLE TO LEARN HOW TO USE THEIR OTHER SENSES ALONG WITH SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURES TO PERFORM THE USUAL ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING. COMPREHENSIVE, INTERDISCIPLINARY LOW VISION SERVICES THAT ENABLE PEOPLE WITH VISION IMPAIRMENTS TO LEARN HOW TO EFFECTIVELY USE THEIR VISION IN THEIR DAILY ACTIVITIES. PROVIDING ACCESS TECHNOLOGY SERVICES AND COMPETITIVE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH VISION LOSS.
