THE HOSPITALS COMPRISING VALLEY MEDICAL FACILITIES PROVIDE ROUTINE AND AUXILIARY MEDICAL/SURGICAL, PSYCHIATRIC, AND OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITIES SERVED BY THE HOSPITALS REGARDLESS OF PATIENT'S ABILITY TO PAY.DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, THE HOSPITALS HAD 16,970 INPATIENT ADMISSIONS, 6,774 OBSERVATION ADMISSIONS, 1,017 NEWBORN ADMISSIONS, AND 87,841 INPATIENT DAYS. THE FACILITIES ALSO ENCOUNTERED 95,170 EMERGENCY ROOM VISITS, 9,547 OUTPATIENT SURGERIES, 140 OPEN HEART PROCEDURES, 2,098 CARDIAC CATHETERIZATIONS AND 369,251 DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING PROCEDURES.HERITAGE VALLEY SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY PROVIDES SENIOR LIVING CHOICES RANGING FROM INDEPENDENT LIVING, PERSONAL CARE AND MEMORY CARE. INDEPENDENT LIVING PROVIDES SENIORS WITH THEIR OWN APARTMENTS, RESTAURANT-STYLE DINING, HOUSEKEEPING AND MANY ACTIVITIES AND OTHER AMENITIES DESIGNED TO SUIT THEIR ACTIVE LIFESTYLES.
