WEATHERIZATION - THE CORPORATION CONTRACTS WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, TO PROVIDE WEATHERIZATION SERVICES TO LOW INCOME PERSONS. FUNDING FOR THIS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED BY, AND PASSED THROUGH FROM, THE FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY, WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE FOR LOW INCOME PERSONS PROGRAM, AND THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
