PACO ACCOMPLISHES THIS MISSION BY PROVIDING A VARIETY OF SOCIAL, HUMAN, AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES. PACO ALSO WORKS TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW-AND-MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES AND PARTICIPATES IN EDUCATIONAL REFORM EFFORTS.
