THE MISSION OF PUERTORRIQUENOS ASOCIADOS FOR COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION, INC. (PACO) IS TO EMPOWER AND ASSIST THE COMMUNITY TO ATTAIN ITS DESIRED SUCCESSES. PACO ACCOMPLISHES THIS MISSION BY PROVIDING A VARIETY OF SOCIAL, HUMAN, AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES. PACO ALSO WORKS TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW-AND-MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES AND PARTICIPATES IN EDUCATIONAL REFORM EFFORTS.

ENERGY CONSERVATION SERVICES - PROGRAMS ASSIST LOW-INCOME, ELIGIBLE HOUSEHOLDS WITH DIFFICULTY PAYING THEIR HEATING AND COOLING BILLS. PROGRAMS OFFER PROVISIONS FOR EMERGENCY HEATING SYSTEM SERVICES AND EMERGENCY FUEL ASSISTANCE AND WEATHERIZING THEIR HOMES, IMPROVING THEIR HEATING SYSTEM EFFICIENCY, AND CONSERVING ENERGY.


YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES - TO PROVIDE YOUTH AND FAMILY PROGRAMS WHICH OFFER A RANGE OF SOCIAL SERVICES TO EMPOWER, SET VISION, HOPE, AND STRENGTH TO ACHIEVE THEIR DESIRED GOALS.


SOCIAL SERVICES - PROGRAMS PROVIDE A MULTI-SERVICE, INFORMATIONAL, AND REFERRAL ASSISTANCE THAT IS GEARED TO EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES ON A PATH TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
