OUTREACH TEEN & FAMILY SERVICES PROMTOES AND PROVIDES EMPATHETIC, PERSONAL, ACCESSIBLE AND AFFORDABLE MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES. OUR CHILDREN AGES RANGE FROM 5 - 21 AND WE PROVIDE VALUABLE PARENT CONSULTATIONS.

PROVIDE COUNSELING TO INDIVIDUALS AGED 5 - 21 AND THEIR FAMILIES UTILIZING EVIDENCE-BASED TECHNIQUES SUCH AS CBT, ACT, PYSCHODYNAMIC, SOLUTION- ORIENTED AND FAMILY-SYSTEMS MODELS. TREATMENT IS PROVIDED FOR COMMON MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES SUCH AS DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, MOOD AND BEHAVIORAL DISORDERS AS WELL AS ISSUES AFFECTING THE FUNCTIONING OF CHILDREN IN THEIR DEVELOPMENT, AS WELL AS IN THEIR ACADEMIC, SOCIAL AND FAMILY ENVIRONMENTS. PARENT CONSULTATIONS ARE PROVIDED TO STRENGTHEN PARENTING SKILLS AND THE FAMILY SYSTEM WHILE OFFERING SUPPORT AND SPECIFIC BEHAVIORAL PLANS.
