MARIAN MANOR CORPORATION IS A MEMBER OF VINCENTIAN COLLABORATIVE SYSTEM, A CATHOLIC HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ORGANIZATION HEADQUARTERED IN THE NORTH HILLS OF PITTSBURGH THAT OFFERS A CONTINUUM OF HIGHLY-RATED SENIOR CARE SERVICES AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ACROSS ALLEGHENY COUNTY, INCLUDING INDEPENDENT LIVING, SKILLED NURSING, SHORT TERM REHABILITATION, LONG TERM CARE, PERSONAL CARE AND MEMORY CARE. THE VINCENTIAN SYSTEM IS COMPRISED OF VINCENTIAN HOME AND VINCENTIAN REGENCY IN THE NORTH HILLS, MARIAN MANOR IN THE SOUTH HILLS AND VINCENTIAN DE MARILLAC IN THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH. ADDITIONALLY THE SYSTEM INCLUDES TWO OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION LOCATIONS, TWO CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS AND A CHARITABLE FOUNDATION. MARIAN MANOR PROVIDES A FULL RANGE OF SKILLED NURSING AND PERSONAL CARE SERVICES, AND SERVED 738 LIVES DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021. PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE. REHABILITATION SERVICES INCLUDE PHYSICAL THERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, AND SPEECH THERAPY. HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDE MEDICAL AND PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES, DENTAL, PODIATRY AND OPHTHALMOLOGY SERVICES, PHARMACY, LABORATORY, X-RAY AND EKG SERVICES, IV THERAPY AND OXYGEN THERAPY, OSTOMY CARE AND HOSPICE. PASTORAL CARE AND FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL RESIDENTS AS WELL AS A BUSY ACTIVITY CALENDAR AND A SMALL BEAUTY/BARBER SHOP. CATHOLIC AND INTER-DENOMINATION SERVICES TAKE PLACE REGULARLY IN THE LOVELY CHAPEL. IN ADDITION, WE HAVE A CHILD CARE CENTER WHICH PROVIDES CHILD CARE SERVICES, AGE-APPROPRIATE DEVELOPMENTAL EDUCATION, FOR UP TO 80 CHILDREN. A HOLISTIC APPROACH IS USED TO MEET THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF EACH CHILD AND IS CONSISTENT WITH OUR VALUES OF DIGNITY, RESPECT, COMPASSION, AND QUALITY. THEIR WORK IS COMPLEMENTED AND EXTENDED BY A DEDICATED CORPS OF VOLUNTEERS NUMBERING 265. WE SUSTAIN MULTIPLE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS THAT ENSURE OUR PROGRAMS SERVE TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF ALL WHO ARE ENTRUSTED IN OUR CARE.SERVING PERSONS OF ALL RELIGIOUS BACKGROUNDS AND INCOME LEVELS (57.49% OF RESIDENTS RECEIVE MEDICAID), MARIAN MANOR PROVIDED APPROXIMATELY $4.4 MILLION IN BENEVOLENT CARE DURING FY 2021. WE ARE ABLE TO DO SO THANKS TO A DEDICATED COMMUNITY OF DONORS WHO ENABLE THE CONTINUED ENHANCEMENT OF PROGRAMS AND FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS THROUGH THEIR FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
