UNDER STATE LAW FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THRIFT AMONG ITS MEMBERS, CREATING A SOURCE OF CREDIT FOR SUCH MEMBERS AT REASONABLE RATES, AND IS BEING OPERATED UNDER UNIFORM BYLAWS ADAPTED FOR SAID STATE.
