CHRISTIAN H BUHL LEGACY TRUST, PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS SHARON REGIONAL HEALTH SYSTEM, PROVIDED INPATIENT SERVICES FOR ACUTE CARE, INTENSIVE CARE, HEART CENTER, OB/GYN, NURSERY, SKILLED NURSING, IP REHAB AND IP ADULT AND CHILD BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES THROUGH MARCH 2014. AT THAT TIME, THE ASSETS WERE SOLD TO AN UNRELATED ENTITY AND THESE PROGRAMS WERE NO LONGER PERFORMED BY THE ORGANIZATION. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO EXIST IN ORDER TO WIND DOWN OPERATIONS, COLLECT RECEIVABLES AND SETTLE PAYMENTS.
