JOHN KANTY NO. 855) IS A CHARTERED MEMBER OF THE POLISH ROMAN CATHOLIC UNION OF AMERICA (P.R.C.U.A.). THE P.R.C.U.A., WHICH IS A FRATERNAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, PROVIDES HIGH QUALITY INSURANCE AND RETIREMENT PRODUCTS TO ITS MEMBERS. TO BE A REGULAR MEMBER OF THE P.R.C.U.A. AND OUR LOCAL LODGE, THE MEMBER MUST ENROLL IN A LIFE INSURANCE POLICY THROUGH THE P.R.C.U.A. NATIONAL OFFICE. INDIVIDUAL P.R.C.U.A. MEMBERS MAY PURCHASE LIFE, SICK, ACCIDENT, OR OTHER BENEFITS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE P.R.C.U.A. IN THE PAST, MEMBERS SIGNED UP THROUGH OUR LOCAL LODGE AND THE DUES AND MEMBERSHIPS WERE PASSED ON TO THE P.R.C.U.A. PRESENTLY, ALL MEMBERS OF OUR LODGE PAY THEIR ANNUAL INSURANCE DUES DIRECTLY TO THE P.R.C.U.A. NOT THROUGH OUR LOCAL LODGE. THE UNION OF ST. JOHN KANTY NO. 855 LOCAL LODGE STILL MAINTAINS ITS TIES TO THE P.R.C.U.A. NATIONAL. OUR LOCAL LODGE STILL CONDUCTS MEETINGS AND ELECTS OFFICERS FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES OF THE CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF THE POLISH ROMAN CATHOLIC UNION OF AMERICA. THE UNION OF ST. JOHN KANTY NO. 855 ALSO PROVIDES FRATERNAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MEMBERS. MEMBERS OF OUR LODGE CAN ATTEND NATIONAL FRATERNAL EVENTS, SPORTING TOURNAMENTS, AND OTHER FUNCTIONS SPONSORED BY THE P.R.C.U.A. OUR LOCAL LODGE CAN ALSO ELECT DELEGATES TO ATTEND THE P.R.C.U.A. NATIONAL CONVENTION ONCE EVERY FOUR YEARS WHERE POLICIES ARE VOTED ON AND NATIONAL OFFICERS ARE ELECTED.
