TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO GRADUATING SENIORS FROM ZIONSVILLE COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL (LOCATED IN BOONE COUNTY, INDIANA) WHO WILL BE ATTENDING A UNIVERSITY, JUNIOR COLLEGE, BUSINESS SCHOOL OR TRADE SCHOOL. THE PURPOSE OF THE TRUST IS TO CREATE FOR STUDENTS OF ZIONSVILLE COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL AN OPPORTUNITY TO FUND THEIR HIGHER EDUCATION THROUGH THE USE OF THE INCOME AND CORPUS OF THIS TRUST. ALL SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS ARE PAID BY THE INSTITUTIONAL TRUSTEE DIRECTLY TO SUCH ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING FOR THE BENEFIT OF AN INDIVIDUAL RECIPIENT'S TUITION, ROOM AND BOARD. NO PAYMENTS ARE MADE TO THE INDIVIDUAL RECIPIENTS PERSONALLY. ANY STUDENT AT ZIONSVILLE COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP SO LONG AS A CURRENT OR FORMER RESIDENT OF EAGLE TOWNSHIP OR _S THE INDIVIDUAL RECIPIENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM.
