THE GOAL OF THE CLUB IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE SIBERIAN HUSKY AS A PURE BRED DOG AND THE ASSOCIATION OF INDIVIUALS IN SUPPORT OF THE PURPOSE. TO ACHIEVE THIS GOAL, THE CLUB HOLDS A SPECIALTY DOG SHOW WHICH IS A 4 - 6 DAY EVENT WHERE DOGS ARE SHOWN & MEMBERS ATTEND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. THE CLUB PUBLISHES A NEWSLETTER, EDUCATIONAL BOOKLETS, A DIRECTORY FOR MEMBERS AND A COLUMN IN THE AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB GAZETTE. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOCUS ON PROMOTING HEALTHIER AND LONGER LIVES FOR SIBERIAN HUSKIES. THE CLUB IS ALSO INVOLVED IN RESCUING SIBERIAN HUSKIES.
