ACCESS IS A HUMAN SERVICES ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARAB AMERICAN COMMUNITY AND THE GREATER COMMUNITY. TO SUPPORT THIS GOAL, ACCESS PROVIDES A WIDE RANGE OF HUMAN AND CULTURAL SERVICES AS WELL AS ADVOCACY WORK.

COMMUNITY HEALTH, MENTAL HEALTH AND RESEARCH PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANCE THROUGH COUNSELING, PSYCHIATRY, CASE MANAGEMENT, HOME-BASED AND EARLY ON MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY. PROVIDE A FULLY INTEGRATED COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER THAT PROVIDES BILINGUAL AND BICULTURAL SERVICES THAT INCLUDE FAMILY MEDICINE, OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY, BREAST CANCER EDUCATION AND SCREENING, WOMEN, INFANT, AND CHILDREN, TOBACCO EDUCATION AND CESSATION, CARDIOVASCULAR AND DIABETES EDUCATION, SCREENING AND TREATMENT, HIV/AIDS & STD EDUCATION, COUNSELING, TESTING AND REFERRALS, SENIOR CITIZEN MEDICAL SCREENING, AND PUBLIC HEALTH RESEARCH AND ENVIRONMENT.
PROVIDE JOB TRAINING AND READINESS, BASIC SKILLS REMEDIATION, ESL TRAINING, OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING, SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, JOB PLACEMENT AND FOLLOW UP SERVICES FOR LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS, LAID OFF WORKERS AND WELFARE RECIPIENTS. THE PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES TO THE COMMUNITY JOB SEARCH RESOURCES, INTERNET ACCESS, PHONES, FAXED AND COPIERS, A COMPUTER LEARNING LAB AND FREE EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS AND RESUME WRITING WORKSHOPS. THE PROGRAM ALSO HOSTS QUARTERLY JOB FAIRS.
PROVIDE ACADEMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF INDIVIDUALS FROM PRESCHOOL AGE THROUGH ADULTHOOD. ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS OFFER TUTORING IN CORE SUBJECTS, HOMEWORK ASSISTANCE, CHARACTER EDUCATION, COMPUTER INSTRUCTION, AND HEALTH AND FITNESS ACTIVITIES FOR SCHOOL-AGE YOUTH.
