ELDER PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE HEALTH, INDEPENDENCE, FELLOWSHIP, AND LIFELONG LEARNING, INCLUDING IN-HOME CARE CASE MANAGEMENT FOR CHINESE AND RUSSIAN SPEAKING OLDER ADULTS, HEALTHCARE ACCESS AND INFORMATION, SENIOR CENTER RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, CAREGIVER SUPPORT FOR CHINESE AND SPANISH SPEAKING COMMUNITIES, AND EDUCATION. CULTURAL PROGRAMS THAT STRENGTHEN THE BONDS OF FAMILY, COMMUNITY, AND GENERATIONS, INCLUDING ART CLASSES AND EXHIBITIONS, LANGUAGE CLASSES, SENIOR RESOURCE FAIR, AND CELEBRATIONS OF CULTURE AND HERITAGE.
WE BRIDGE CULTURES BY PROVIDING FAMILY PROGRAMS WITH MULTIGENERATIONAL IMPACT THAT SUPPORT BICULTURAL IDENTITY, EMPOWERMENT OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, AND HELP IMMIGRANT FAMILIES NAVIGATE SYSTEMS. PROGRAMS INCLUDE BILINGUAL PRESCHOOLS, EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION, PLAY AND LEARN GROUPS, HOME VISITING, DEVELOPMENTAL SCREENING, AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE KINDERGARTEN READINESS, ENHANCE ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT, AND SUPPORT SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT. OUR PROGRAMS ARE OFFERED IN MULTIPLE LANGUAGES INCLUDING CANTONESE, MANDARIN, SPANISH, UKRAINIAN, AND VIETNAMESE.
CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMMIGRANTS TO SUCCEED THROUGH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF ESL CLASSES, WHICH IMPROVE ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES, AND NATURALIZATION CLASSES. CONDUCT FREE CITIZENSHIP CLINICS WITH COMMUNITY-BASED AND GOVERNMENT PARTNERS TO HELP IMMIGRANTS ACCESS THE AMERICAN DREAM.
