FOOD EXPORT USA - NORTHEAST HAS THE CORE MISSION OF HELPING SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED COMPANIES EXPORT FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS FROM THE NORTHEAST REGION OF THE UNITED STATES. FOOD EXPORT USA - NORTHEAST COLLABORATES WITH MEMBER STATE AGRICULTURAL PROMOTION AGENCIES AND THE FOREIGN AGRICULTURAL SERVICE (FAS) OF THE USDA UNDER THE AUSPICES OF ITS MARKET ACCESS PROGRAM (MAP) TO DELIVER SERVICES IN THE AREAS OF EXPORTER EDUCATION, MARKET ENTRY AND MARKET PROMOTION. IN 2021, THE ORGANIZATION SERVED OVER 1,300 PARTICIPANTS RESULTING IN ACTUAL EXPORT SALES OF $480 MILLION.
