NORTHEAST WYOMING COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION HAS SEVERAL PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO HELP PEOPLE WITH MEDICAL NEEDS. THEY HAVE A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM WHICH OFFERS A FUNDING PROGRAM TO SUPPORT PEOPLE GOING INTO HEALTHCARE RELATED EDUCATIONS. CLIENTS SERVED: 10. THEY ALSO PROVIDE VACCINATIONS TO SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN (1,333 SERVED) AND A CANCER CARE PROGRAM WHICH OFFERS FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THOSE BEING TREATED FOR CANCER (44 SERVED).
NORTHEAST WYOMING COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION'S HOSPICE HOSPITALITY HOUSE IS A FACILITY THAT ALLOWS INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EITHER RECEIVING MEDICAL CARE IN CAMPBELL COUNTY OR WHO ARE IN THE LAST DAYS ALONG WITH THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS A PLACE TO STAY TOGETHER DURING THESE TIMES.
NORTHEAST WYOMING COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION'S NEIGHBORS OF THE MANOR IS AN ADVISORY BOARD FOR THE COMMUNITY'S LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY AT PIONEER MANOR.
