NORTHEAST WYOMING COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS PARTNERING WITH YOU IN THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS OF YOUR COMMUNITY.

Part 3 - Line 4a
NORTHEAST WYOMING COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION HAS SEVERAL PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO HELP PEOPLE WITH MEDICAL NEEDS. THEY HAVE A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM WHICH OFFERS A FUNDING PROGRAM TO SUPPORT PEOPLE GOING INTO HEALTHCARE RELATED EDUCATIONS. CLIENTS SERVED: 10. THEY ALSO PROVIDE VACCINATIONS TO SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN (1,333 SERVED) AND A CANCER CARE PROGRAM WHICH OFFERS FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THOSE BEING TREATED FOR CANCER (44 SERVED).
THE VIP PROJECT UTILIZES CONTRIBUTIONS TO PROVIDE SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN RESIDING IN CAMPBELL COUNTY WITH FREE INFLUENZA VACCINATIONS. THIS WAS THE LAST YEAR FOR THIS PROJECT.
NORTHEAST WYOMING COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION'S HOSPICE HOSPITALITY HOUSE IS A FACILITY THAT ALLOWS INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EITHER RECEIVING MEDICAL CARE IN CAMPBELL COUNTY OR WHO ARE IN THE LAST DAYS ALONG WITH THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS A PLACE TO STAY TOGETHER DURING THESE TIMES.
NORTHEAST WYOMING COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION'S NEIGHBORS OF THE MANOR IS AN ADVISORY BOARD FOR THE COMMUNITY'S LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY AT PIONEER MANOR.
