Part 3 - Line 4a
THE ANNUAL TRAINING CONFERENCE IS HELD IN-PERSON, TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND ENRICHMENT TO ATTENDEES THROUGH SPEAKERS, WORKSHOPS, COURSES AND DISCUSSIONS.
LABOR RELATIONS ACADEMY COURSES ARE STRUCTURED EDUCATIONAL COURSES THAT ENHANCE PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND BUILD TOWARDS A CERTIFICATION OPPORTUNITY. THE CERTIFIED LABOR RELATIONS PROFESSIONAL (CLRP) IS A FEDERALLY REGISTERED COURSE, AND THOUGH TRADITIONALLY HELD IN-PERSON, COVID-19 FORCED PROGRAMS TO BE HELD VIRTUALLY, WHICH VIRTUAL TRAINING GREW IN POPULARITY. THIS ACTION DRASTICALLY REDUCED OPERATIONAL EXPENSES FOR THE PROGRAM AND PROVIDED A SIGNIFICANT NET REVENUE STREAM TO THE ASSOCIATION.
THE RETURN TO IN-PERSON TRAINING HAD A JANUARY 2023 CERTIFICATION WEEK PROGRAM, WHICH IS ALL THE CLRP ACADEMY COURSES HELD BACK TO BACK TO BACK IN ONE LOCATION. HELD IN GOODYEAR, AZ, THIS PROGRAM IS A CONSOLIDATED OFFERING OF THE CLRP COURSES.
