IN MAY 2021, THE COALITION ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT TO TRANSFER ITS ASSETS AND OPERATIONS TO IPPF AND THE BOARD APPROVED DISSOLUTION OF THE COALITION. ACCORDINGLY, ASSETS AND LIABILITIES AS OF MAY 31, 2021 WERE REVALUED TO THE AMOUNTS EXPECTED TO BE COLLECTED AND PAID DURING LIQUIDATION. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ASSETS AND LIABILITIES, NO REVALUATION ADJUSTMENTS WERE REQUIRED. DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE REVALUED AMOUNTS AND ACTUAL CASH TRANSACTIONS WILL BE RECOGNIZED IN THE YEAR THEY CAN BE ESTIMATED. ANY REMAINING NET ASSETS IN LIQUIDATION WERE DISTRIBUTED TO THE FOS FEMINISTA AND WILL BE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
