PROVIDE FUNDS TO AREA YOUTH SERVICES INCLUDING A FAMILY PLACE, KIDS RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS, BOY AND GIRL SCOUTS, ROYAL FAMILY KIDS CAMP AND LIBRARY SERVICES
