THE FOUNDATION ADMINISTERS CHARITABLE FUNDS AND MAKES GRANTS FROM THOSE FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, PRIMARILY IN THE STATE OF OREGON.
