HISTORIC EASTON'S PRIMARY ACTIVITIES IN 2021 WERE: CONTINUING REHABILITATION OF ASBURY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH UNDER A MULTI-YEAR GRANT FROM MARYLAND COMMISSION OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN HISTORY AND CULTURE. HISTORIC EASTON ALSO COMPLETED WORK UNDER THE FY2020 COMMUNITY LEGACY AWARD FROM DHCD AND RAISED FUNDS FROM OTHER LOCAL ORGANIZATIONAL AND INDIVIDUAL DONORS. THE FIRST FLOOR INTERIOR REHABILITATION WAS SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE ON DECEMBER 31ST OF 2021.
