ENFORCEMENT AND PROTECTION - THE ASSOCIATION PATROLS THE COMMUNITY TO ENSURE RULES COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROTECTIVE COVENANTS. IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION PERFORMS A DESIGN REVIEW OF ALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES.
