IRA - PROVIDE 8 DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS WITH MEDICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ALLOWING THEM TO SUCCESSFULY INTERACT WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. THIS PROGRAM IS FULLY FUNDED BY MEDICAID.
