PLAID HOUSE GROUP HOME -THE PROGRAM ASSISTS TEENAGE GIRLS TO BECOME EMOTIONALLY AND BEHAVIORALLY STABLE SO THAT THEY CAN RETURN HOME OR MOVE TO A LESS INTENSIVE LEVEL OF CARE. THERE IS A STRONG EMPHASIS ON EDUCATION AND LIFE SKILLS TO ENCOURAGE THE GIRLS' DEVELOPMENT AS INDEPENDENT ADULTS.
THENEN HOUSE -THENEN HOUSE IS A SUPERVISED TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM FOR TEENAGE GIRLS WHICH IS DESIGNED TO FACILITATE THEIR SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION TO INDEPENDENCE. THE PROGRAM ASSISTS GIRLS TO MAXIMIZE THEIR EDUCATIONAL POTENTIAL AND ACQUIRE DAILY LIVING SKILLS, GAIN EMPLOYMENT AND SAVE MONEY FOR THE FUTURE.
AGING OUT PROGRAM -THE GOAL OF THE AGING OUT PROGRAM IS TO PREPARE TEENAGERS, UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF DCF, FOR INDEPENDENCE BY PROVIDING THEM WITH THE INFORMATION, SKILLS AND CASE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT THEY NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL.
