ACR'S SPECIALIZED SECTIONS HOLD PERIODIC CONFERENCES TO DEVELOP SKILLS AND EXCHANGE KNOWLEDGE IN PARTICULAR SUBJECT AREAS. ACR CONFERENCES GATHER CONFLICT RESOLUTION PRACTITIONERS, STUDENTS AND INTERESTED PARTIES FROM ALL CORNERS OF THE GLOBE TO NETWORK, LEARN NEW SKILLS, DISCUSS CUTTING-EDGE ISSUES AND KEEP ABREAST OF WHAT IS HAPPENDING IN THE EXPANDING FIELD OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION.
MEMBERSHIP SERVICES / PUBLICATIONS:CONFLICT RESOLUTION QUARTERLY (CRQ), A QUARTERLY ACADEMIC PUBLICATION. ACR MANAGES A GRANT SOLICITIATION, REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION, AND PROJECT MONITORING PROCESS FOR THE JAMS FOUNDATION IN THE AREA OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION EDUCATION. THE JAMS FOUNDATION/ASSOCIATION FOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION INITIATIVE FOR STUDENTS AND YOUTH PROVIDES GRANT FUNDING FOR CONFLICT PREVENTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAMS FOR K-12 STUDENTS AND FOR ADULTS WORKING WITH YOUTH POPULATIONS IN WAYS THAT DIRECTLY TRANSFER CRE SKILLS FROM ADULTS TO YOUTH.
CHAPTERS AND SECTIONS ACTIVITIES: ACR'S PROFESSIONAL INTEREST SECTIONS SERVE AS ACR'S PROGRAMMATIC CORE.
