"THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO IMPROVE CONDITIONS OF LABOR WITH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE ADVANCE THE METHODS USED BY RURAL CARRIERS AND PROMOTE FRATERNAL SPRIT AMONGST IT'S MEMBERS."

NATIONAL CONVENTION; MEMBERS WERE NOMINATED AND ELECTED TO BE DELEGATES TO THE NRLCA NATIONAL CONVENTION. THE ASSOCIATION COMPENSATED THE DELEGATES MILEAGE TO AND BACK TO THE CONVENTION SITE AND COMPENSATED THE DELEGATES DAILY PER-DIEM FOR ROOM AND MEAL. THE NATIONAL CONVENTION HAS VALUABLE INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYMENT AND THE SERVICE THEY COMPLETE FOR THE CUSTOMER.
