THE ENDOWMENT CARE FUND'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO SELL ENDOWMENT CARE CONTRACTS AND INVEST THE MONEY IN SECURITIES. THE CURRENT INCOME FROM THE INVESTMENTS CAN BE USED TO PAY FOR MAINTENANCE AND RENOVATION OF THE CEMETERY.

THE ENDOWMENT CARE FUND PAYS FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND RENOVATION OF TULOCAY CEMETERY. THE WORK INCLUDES MOWING THE GRASS, PLANTING NEW AND REPLACEMENT PLANTS, BUSHES AND TREES AND MAINTAINING THE APPEARANCE OF THE CEMETERY. THE CEMETERY GROUNDS ARE APPROXIMATELY 56 ACRES AND OVER 60,000 BURIALS.
