WITH FOUR YEARS OF SUCCESS AND RAPID GROWTH OF PARTNERS THIS TEAM HAS GROWN AND WAS ENTRUSTED TO MANAGE COUNTY-WIDE COVID-19 RELIEF.- HOMELESS PREVENTION AND RAPID RE-HOUSING - PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS AT HIGH RISK OF LOSING THEIR HOUSING.
