THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES OUTREACH TO VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES. THERE ARE ABOUT 1,300 MEMBERS. THE ORGANIZATION HELPED SEND SEVERAL DOZEN BOYS TO BOYS STATE COMPETITIONS. THE HONOR GUARD PARTICIPATED IN A FEW DOZEN VETERANS FUNERALS. THE ORGANIZATION RECORDED HUNDREDS OF HOURS OF VOLUNTEER SERVICE AT VA HOSPITALS. ADDITIONALLY, THE LEGION SPONSORED A SCHOOL BASEBALL TEAM AND SOME CHILDREN AND YOUTH EVENTS.
