OUR MISSION IS TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP TENNIS FOR ALL. WE ACCOMPLISH OUR MISSION BY COORDINATING, PROMOTING AND RUNNING TENNIS PROGRAMS IN COMMUNITIES ALL ACROSS THE STATE OF FLORIDA.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT - WE PROVIDE FUNDING FOR RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT INVOLVE LOCAL YOUTH LEAGUES AND SCHOOL PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT FLORIDA. THIS INVOLVES TRAINING COACHES AND TEACHERS TO RUN THE PROGRAMS. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS INCLUDE GRANTS TO SUPPORT ALL TYPES OF TENNIS ACTIVITIES, ATTRACTING A DIVERSE POPULATION TO TENNIS, AND PUBLIC TENNIS GRANTS FOR PROGRAMS AND FACILITIES.
ADULT TENNIS - WE PROVIDE SUPPORT TO APPROXIMATELY 18,000 FLORIDA LEAGUE PLAYERS BY RUNNING LOCAL USTA LEAGUES THAT ALLOW ADVANCEMENT TO STATEWIDE CHAMPIONSHIPS. TRAINING AND GRANTS ARE GIVEN THROUGHOUT FLORIDA TO SUPPORT THESE EFFORTS.
RESOURCES/MARKETING - WE PROVIDE MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS SUPPORT TO HELP ACCOMPLISH OUR MISSION "TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP TENNIS FOR ALL". THIS SUPPORT INCLUDES ARTICLES IN A NATIONAL MAGAZINE, WEBSITE, AND SOCIAL MEDIA.
YOUTH TENNIS - WE PROVIDE TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO OVER 800 ADULT AND JUNIOR USTA SANCTIONED TOURNAMENTS HELD THROUGHOUT FLORIDA. FINANCIAL SUPPORT IS PROVIDED FOR JUNIOR TEAMS THAT COMPETE IN NATIONAL EVENTS AND SCHOLARSHIP MONEY IS ALSO PROVIDED. OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE VOLUNTEER, TENNIS MANAGEMENT, AND USTA FLORIDA SECTION FOUNDATION INC SUPPORT SERVICES.
